The West Mersea Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group is made up of members of the community with representatives from West Mersea Town Council. The full group meets every month, usually on the last Tuesday evening and is open to all residents.

Ad Hoc meetings were held at least once every month in the Council Chamber until Mid March 2020
